SALON POLICIES
Cancellation / LATE Policy
Without proper notice of cancellation, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please understand this policy is in effect to support and respect our talented stylists and their time here at the salon.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
Clients who cancel more than twice will be required to submit a deposit up to 100% of the total cost of services requested when booking future appointments. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the services reserved. Any remaining balance will be due during the appointment booked.
At stylist discretion, a reschedule may be necessary if you are more than 15 minutes tardy for your appointment.
no-show policy
No-show's will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Clients more than 15 minutes late to their appointment are considered a no-show and may only be rescheduled following payment of missed service.
PRODUCT Policy
Layer Beauty Boutique guarantees all products sold. For product purchases, Layer Beauty Boutique will accept returned product within 30 days of purchase and refunds will be in the form of credit for future product purchases only. Credit from refunds may not be utilized for services.
Alcohol POLICY
Layer Beauty Boutique provides an array of wines, beers, sodas, and coffees. In order to continue providing these refreshments, we request that no outside alcohol be brought into the salon and none be taken from the salon. We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to clients at our sole discretion.
